Sex in The Mountains - Part 2
So I met my mister big. What more could a girl what? He was socially available, real, and a fellow writer, what not to love?
He was not the most sought after male in this rural college setting. But then again, most girls have no idea what they are looking for. Which is why the women who do take an interest in him, notice him for his love of language and philosophy. Lets get real, “Alex,” my mister big, was not what I was looking for. But he fit the criteria.
On Paper: Going places; going to college, working for his family
Car: His parents bought it for him
High school: Did well; went to a high school more expensive than the college.
Gentlemanly: He buys meals, even bought my cigarettes when we were not dating (Still paying him back) NOT OKAY.
Going places in life; wants to be a teacher and will probably go on to do more.
Since I still loved my ex, Big and I were never “facebook official” which should have been a red flag. If someone doesn’t want to publicly post the two of you are in a relationship together, there is probably a reason and btw, your relationship is doomed to fail.
I let him be my number one in lieu of my true love because he wasn’t around which was my first mistake… We talked about EVERYTHING. I was 100% honest with him about everything. My love of my ex, wanting to be able to see other people, and the simple fact that we are college kids here for our education. It wasn’t because he wasn’t amazing, it was because I still felt connected to Shawn. Distances can drive people to break up, but it doesn’t mean you stop loving each other. He was so understanding as to why he couldn’t have all of me. It was unreal.
